Stamping with a die cut + video

I wanted to enter the Altenew challenge with a large flower stamp outline that I could colour in, but realised I didn’t have any. Then I looked at my new Altenew layered floral cover die A and thought, hmmm… maybe I can stamp with it! So I tried it… and loved the result!

Can you see which is the stamped image? Yes, its the blue outlined flower on the top left corner of the card. I made a video of how I did it, which can be found lower down in my post, so I hope you’ll have a look.

The flowers were coloured in using my Prismacolor pencils, which work so well on a coloured card base.

The sentiment comes from Altenew’s Perennial Beauty stamp set and was stamped using my MISTI and Versafine black ink, then heat embossed.

I hope you liked my card and for more info on how I made the card, have a look at my video below. And if you enjoyed it, please give me a thumbs up and subscribe to my channel if you haven’t done so already!
