I’ve since received my new Bunny stamps from Gerda Steiner Designs and you saw my first card with one of the stamps yesterday. I’m in love with these cute stamps! I used my new Spectrum Noir Illustrator markers again to colour my bunny, fence and grass, which I then fussy cut. I hate that I still have to fussy cut my images even though I have a Brother scan and cut. Of all my crafty goods I’ve purchased, I have to say that this is probably the only equipment that I really regret buying.
Anyway, after I finished fussy cutting my stamped images, I started on my background. I wanted to try a cloudy background for the first time but I didn’t have any cloud stencils or die cuts so I just fussy cut some and used them as a mask while I sponged in some distress inks around my cloud masks. I then sponged in some light green distress inks for the grassy area. To finish I stamped the sentiment which comes from the same set.
Well, I hope you liked my card and I look forward to seeing your entry over at our challenge blog. Do go over and look at the other awesome creations my team mates have made for your viewing pleasure!
